Truly enjoyed Chiayi City, the hotel was excellent to get to the city centre. The room was spacious and brand-new, and the bed was comfortable. The property was in a the best and comfortable location so close to local sights as well as the Chiayi Train station.

the hotel had an awesome and super location 4-6 minutes walking distance from singang da sing gong. this property was in a nice area next to the bus terminal and the adjoining train station and the entire train station.

Everyone we encountered was helpful and attentive. Units with large private bathroom. There were central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a mini bar fridge, which was great;))

The rooms are brand-new with comfy beds and smoke detectors. There is a lot of facilities in the room like : climate control, a microwave, and a fridge. Exceptionally clean place, would return anytime.

we had a unique experience staying at Planet 23 in the convenient location next to the railway station. the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean and modern. we enjoyed the privacy of the sleeping capsules, the free breakfast, and the helpful advice on local activities. the common area was cozy, and we felt at home with the free tea and coffee options. overall, our stay was wonderful and we would book this hotel again.
